Tracy O'Quinn
Tracy O'Quinn's journey in broadcasting began in 1995 as the overnight DJ in her hometown of Lebanon, Missouri. Through unwavering dedication and genuine passion for connecting with her audience, she quickly climbed the ranks to become Music Director and host of a highly-rated afternoon show.
Her career path led her to morning radio on a country station in Rolla, Missouri, and even a stint in local television, before she found her home at KFLW in St. Robert in 2001. Starting as Operations Manager, Tracy's leadership and vision earned her a promotion to General Manager, where she oversaw a four-station radio cluster and a local newspaper.
Under Tracy's leadership, Ozark Media became a cornerstone of community support—donating countless hours to military and community organizations, raising substantial funds for local charities, and providing thousands of coats to families in need.
In 2018, Tracy followed her entrepreneurial dream by founding O'Quinn Marketing, a full-service marketing agency dedicated to helping small businesses achieve their marketing goals and thrive in their communities.
After more than two decades in traditional radio, Tracy embraced the digital frontier by creating The Tracy O Show podcast. Building on that success, she launched the Fort NOT Lost in the Woods Podcast to celebrate and showcase the incredible features of Pulaski County, Waynesville, St. Robert, and Fort Leonard Wood.
Tracy brings her signature wit, warmth, and vibrant personality to every episode, inviting listeners to "ride shotgun" as she explores the best of what our community has to offer. Family is the foundation of Tracy's life—she and her husband share a beautiful blended family with two children and four stepchildren.
